The reason I chose Lori to assist my family in finding a home is that she advocates for her clients. She is not in business to help lenders or other agents, or even herself, her main focus is her clients. She wants to be they end up in the right house for them, and that they can make a home of the property they choose. Further, even after all of the papers are signed and most agents would feel that their jobs are finished, Lori stays involved to make sure her clients are happy and well taken care of. For example, almost a whole year after we purchased our home one of the bathrooms upstairs developed a leaky pipe. The water was coming through the ceiling into our kitchen and made a horrible mess. The home warranty company was dragging it’s feet and Ken and I were having no luck getting them to fix the pipe so that they bathroom was usable, or repair the damage. I contacted Lori to ask her advice, to see if she had any ideas to get the home warranty folks to move faster on the fixes and repairs. Not only did she have advice, she took the time to personally call the home warranty agent and remind them of their obligation to us. Within 24 hours the fixes had been made and appointments put in place to repair the water damage. She truly advocates for her clients, whether they are actively looking for a home, or are already in their home and in need of advice or assistance.

There is peace of mind knowing that when you are making a decision as large as purchasing a home there is someone on your side to make sure that you have the home you want, that no one takes advantage of you, and that you have someone you can contact if problems arise in the future.
